I’m on the preferred supplier list at Edinburgh City Chambers, and it’s one of my favourite places to film a small wedding. You step out of the ceremony and you’re already on the Royal Mile, with closes, courtyards and lovely stone backdrops within five minutes on foot.

The Royal Mile gives you a bit of the bustle of the city, and the Vennel gives you that view back towards the castle. For a two-hour elopement, that’s ideal. We can film the ceremony and the hugs afterwards, then take a short wander without spending half your coverage getting somewhere.
