Getting married outdoors

I love an outdoor ceremony, and John Muir Tipis is a great spot for one. Hannah and David got married under the trees, with the tipis ready for the celebrations afterwards. It’s the sort of place where you can make the day your own.

And then there’s Dave…

Of course, I can’t talk about John Muir Tipis without mentioning the alpacas — especially naughty Dave! They certainly bring something a bit different to a wedding day. Quite a change from the usual wedding guests.

A quick trip to the beach

The thing I love about having the coast nearby is being able to get a completely different feel in the film without going far. Hannah and David had some time down on the beach, and I got some of my favourite shots of the two of them there.

Back to the tipis

Then it’s back to everyone else and on with the party. I love the change from being outside during the day to filming inside the tipis in the evening. Once everyone gets going on the dance floor, there’s plenty for me to work with!
